Walau bagaimanapun, pengguna masih boleh memohon untuk akses kepada pangkalan dan jurnal online tersebut melalui perkhidmatan Sistem Pembekalan Penerbitan (SPP) dengan menggunakan Borang Permohonan Atas Talian (e-form).
